Disclosures:
You will not be given the additional disclosures required to be provided to retail clients (e.g. on costs, commissions, fees and charges, foreign exchange conversion rates and information on managing investments).
Appropriateness:
The product / service will be assessed as appropriate for you, we will assume that you have the necessary level of experience and knowledge to understand the risks involved in relation to any investment, service, product or transaction.
Suitability:
If we are required to assess the suitability of a decision to trade for the portfolio, we will assume that you have the necessary experience and knowledge to understand the risks involved and we will assume that you are able to financially bear the investment risks consistent with the funds investment objectives.
Best Execution:
The way in which we will comply with the best execution requirements will differ.
Periodic Statements:
Retail clients are entitled to more detailed information periodically. A retail client has the right to a periodic statement every 3 months (rather than 6 for professional clients).
Investor Compensation Scheme:
Only retail clients may be entitled to compensation under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
