Gary Wolens

CEO

Gary joined ABN-AMRO in 1996 to initiate its global equity derivative department which grew to include global proprietary, convertible bonds, risk arbitrage, relative value, distressed debt, and volatility dispersion.

Prior to that, Gary spent 11 years at Salomon Brothers where he was the firms’ first equity derivative specialist outside the United States.

Gary has a B.A. Economics from Stanford University and a M.B.A from Harvard University.

Paris Badekas

CIO

Paris joined ABN-AMRO in 1996 to start up the Global Equity Derivatives Japanese desk in Tokyo and was promoted to Global Head of Trading in 2001. He expanded the proprietary activity to include dispersion, event driven, US distressed trading fund trading and CPPI structuring.

Prior to ABN-AMRO, Paris spent 4 years at Daiwa Securities where he set up and ran a very profitable proprietary trading team.

Paris has a B.Eng from McGill University and a M.Sc from The Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Geoffrey Wyatt

COO

Geoffrey joined ABN AMRO in 1997 as European Project Manager to oversee the establishment of Trading and Operations in Zurich, Frankfurt, Tokyo and New York. He was Head of Trade Support for 2 years and between 2001 and 2004 was Head of Business Development for Equity Derivatives. From 2004, he was Head of Business Development for Structured Retail Products.

Prior to ABN AMRO, Geoffrey was Head of the Middle Office for Equity Derivatives at Robert Fleming and in his 13 years there held a variety of roles in London and Tokyo.
